Michael Klemm joined our club this month and is excited to be a part of our club and Rotary International! Michael is a real estate attorney and partner at Hellmuth & Johnson, assisting clients with residential and commercial development, purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing, and homeowner associations. He is certified as a Real Property Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and he was recently named to The Best Lawyers in America© 2021 list for his work in real estate. He and his wife, Amy, have lived in Shakopee since 2001. Their oldest son recently graduated from U of MN-Twin Cities with a degree in mechanical engineering, their daughter is studying speech and language pathology at UMD, and their youngest son is a freshman at Shakopee High School.
In his free time Michael enjoys serving on the board and chairing the public policy committee of the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce, volunteering as a Boy Scouts merit badge counselor, reading the Wall Street Journal, listening to NPR, and helping his children navigate school and job hunting during the pandemic.
