Dr. Johnson was appointed to Vice President of Medical Affairs in February 2016. Dr. Johnson came to St. Francis from Lakeview Clinic and Ridgeview Medical Center, where he served as a family medicine provider and held a number of medical leadership roles since 2002. In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Johnson served as the credentialing chairman, coding and documentation physician liaison, and a medical staff leader at Ridgeview. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, Morris; a Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Minnesota, School of Medicine; and completed his Residency in Family Medicine at Methodist Hospital, St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
