Because of COVID protocols, this annual Rotary event for ALL area first grade students will be held virtually. In cooperation with Shakopee Public Library and Shakopee Public Schools, students will be entertained by a special musical and celebration video (while in the safety of their classrooms.) Following the video, EACH student will receive a swag bag containing fun donated items, plus a pre-selected book, all provided by Shakopee Rotary. This special event will be held mid-May at all Shakopee Public Schools, SACs. and Living Hope. We are proud of all the hard work our students did in order to master the skill of reading.
