We said a hearty Thank You to outgoing President Sheila McNeill this past week.  Sheila gave a detailed summary of all the great work we’ve done this year.  Thanks again Sheila for all your time and hard work!!  We were busy last year and donated to wonderful causes.  Well done you!

Harold Armstrong provided a super PowerPoint presentation filled with his unique humor and wonderful photos from the past year.  What a great way to recap our year – with laughter.  Thanks Harold.  If you missed it, someone is working to add the presentation to our website.

Then I – your incoming president – gave a brief introduction to Rotary’s 2014-15 theme “Light Up Rotary” and my presidential theme, “Lighten Up Rotary”, and my primary goal: to inject a bit of fun into everything we do.  I reiterate my request for your support and guidance as your new president.  Given my weird sense of humor – it’s going to be a very interesting year.

Next Tuesday (6/24) Dustin Campion introduces Kristi Newell who will deliver a presentation titled “Employee Satisfaction is Overrated”…   food for thought.

The lovely John Crooks seeks to empty our pockets as Fine-Master, and songbird Barb Danielson as Song-Master will lead us in clearing our throats.  Libby Bergen, Bill Nevin & Mark McNeill are our greeters…well, maybe not Mark as he and Sheila will be in Europe next week.

Hey – bring along a guest, it’s sure to be a great time!

Cheers - Kathy Klehr
