Shakopee Rotary

St. Mark’s School Cafeteria

SHIFT ONE – 3:00 – 5:15 p.m. to prepare food and site.  Welcome and serve coffee to first visitors (doors officially open at 5:00 p.m.).  From 4:45-5:15 p.m. two of shift one workers are need to greet guests and serve beverages. (6-7 volunteers are needed).

SHIFT TWO – 5:00-7:15 p.m. to serve the food and clean-up.  The meal is served from 5:30-6:30 p.m.  Volunteers are expected to also eat with and visit with guests. (12-14 volunteers are needed).

Volunteers must be at least 8 years of age. Volunteers under age 13 must have direct parent supervision. Invite your family members & friends.
