Good Afternoon Everyone,

What a beautiful day, sunny, crisp and its also Friday. Hooray. This coming week our Club will be celebrating 60 years. The celebration will take place at Canterbury Park and is expected to be a great time for everyone attending. Thanks go to Deb Erickson and her Committee that has worked so hard to put this together. I would also like to thank all the members of the 60th Anniversary Committee: Libby Bergen, Jim Cook, Barb Danielson, Michelle Dahl, Lee Hennen, Kathy Klehr, Jason Marschall, Sheila McNeill, Kevin O'Brien, Linda Plum and Tony Spagnolo. I am so fortunate to be in the President position as we celebrate this milestone. And to think 60 years ago I was 9 months away from being born. Now that has me thinking....

Has anyone been fishing since Tuesday?  Our presenter, Terry Tuma, got our thoughts to getting out one last time before the ice. One thing for sure, I will use monofiliment line and not "give up" after 2 hours as I usually do. It may be good to have Terry revisit our Club next Spring.

There is no luncheon meeting this Tuesday. We will be celebrating our 60th Tuesday evening. Social hour at 6pm, with Dinner and the Program, hosted by Jim Cook, at 700pm. See You There!

Here's to everyone having great weekends,

John
