Happy Chilly Friday to all of our Club Members, Guests and Friends,

WOW!     What a great time we had Tuesday evening at our Shakopee Rotary Club's 60th Anniversary Celebration at Canterbury Park. To be part of the event, attended by over 70 current and past Club members, visiting Rotarians and all the guests, is something that I will hold dear as a Rotarian. The stories, the friends attending, the fellowship and the laughs...what an evening. Thanks to Deb and her Committee for the wonderful planning that made it such a huge success. Thanks to Kathy for the work she did in researching and providing to our rich Club history. Thanks to Harold for the unbelievable slide show. Thanks to Jim and Mary Cook for the special program they put together. And thanks to our Club for being around for 60 years, which makes everything happen. I said it at the celebration and I will say it again, I am so very proud of being a part of this organization and knowing each and every member as I do. Words do not do enough to describe the evening. Lets do it again...in 10-15 years.
