Hello Shakopee Rotary!
Incase anyone was wondering, there are 69 more days until the first day of spring...that was meant to bring a ray of hope, not depress you!
I want to thank Harold Armstrong for his presentation on his passion for professional football history last week! It's always interesting to see how certaing aspects of our society have evolved over the years....including football! Thank you also to Bill Runge for being present in most of the pictures Harold shared with us! :)
This week we welcome a very familiar face, Yvonne Anderson. Yvonne will be giving our club an update on the Saints Healthcare Foundation.
I also want to welcome our newest members John Crooks, Heidi Keyho, and Jim Conway....WELCOME!!!
Here are a some up coming dates to keep in mind.
1. January 15th: District Mid-Term Assembly (U of M Arboretum, Chanhassen)
2. January 18th: "Life is for Living" - The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization - Melinda Urzua (Dangerfields)
3. January 25th: Nibakure Children's Village - Floriane Brown (Dangerfields)
4. February 15th: Valentines Social Event - Held in Evening in place of regular weekly club meeting (Stonebrooke)
